Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
The order is cancelled within the permitted window.
The product delivered is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To request a refund, email us at support@sklinical.com within 3 days of delivery, with your order number, product images, and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer, subject to verification.
Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Products purchased during promotional campaigns, or with freebies, are not eligible for refund unless defective.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
