Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sklinical, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to make a change, please review our cancellation and refund policies below.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@sklinical.com or call us at +91-9918080900.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

    • The order is cancelled within the permitted window.

    • The product delivered is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect.

    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email us at support@sklinical.com within 3 days of delivery, with your order number, product images, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer, subject to verification.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Products purchased during promotional campaigns, or with freebies, are not eligible for refund unless defective.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
